The Card Cache reserves the right to limit quantities of products per customer, household, account, payment method, and/or delivery address to ensure fair access to products for our customer community.
Orders deemed to involve excessive quantities, attempts to circumvent purchase limits, bulk purchasing for resale or scalping, or other activity inconsistent with fair purchasing practices may be cancelled, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Where an order is cancelled under this policy, any applicable cancellation fees, payment processing fees, or other charges permitted under our Terms of Service and applicable law may be deducted from the refund amount. We reserve the right to cancel affected orders without first contacting the customer.
