How the Process Works

Our buy process is designed to be clear, predictable, and professional.

1. Submit Your Collection

Start by contacting us with:

  • What game(s) you’re looking to sell
  • Approximate size & value of the collection
  • Whether you have a card list or spreadsheet (highly recommended)

If you already track your cards digitally (Deckbox, spreadsheets, etc.), you can send us a CSV - we’ll guide you if formatting needs adjustment.

2. Ship or Drop Off Your Cards

Once approved, you can:

  • Ship your cards to us securely
  • Arrange a local drop-off (if available)

Packaging matters. Cards must be safely packed to prevent damage in transit. We’ll provide packing guidelines before you send anything.

Shipping costs to us are the seller’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

3. Professional Sorting & Condition Assessment

When your cards arrive, we:

  • Verify quantities
  • Sort cards
  • Assess condition honestly and consistently

Cards are graded using standard condition categories:

  • Near Mint (NM)
  • Lightly Played (LP)
  • Moderately Played (MP)
  • Heavily Played / Damaged (HP/D)

Condition directly affects pricing.

4. Pricing & Valuation

We price cards based on:

  • Current market data
  • Local and international demand
  • Condition and playability
  • Liquidity (how fast the card realistically sells)

High-value and in-demand cards are priced individually.
Lower-value cards may be grouped or priced in bulk for efficiency.

Our goal is fair market pricing.

5. Review Your Offer

Once evaluation is complete, you’ll receive an offer outlining:

  • Total value
  • Any notes on condition or discrepancies

You can choose:

  • Cash payout
  • Store credit (typically higher value than cash)

There is no obligation to accept the offer.

6. Get Paid

If you accept our offer:

  • Payments are processed promptly via your chosen method
  • Store credit is issued immediately once confirmed

If you decline:

  • Cards can be returned to you (return shipping applies), or
  • You may choose to sell only part of the collection

Fees & Transparency

To cover labour, sorting, grading, and market risk, a processing margin is built into our buy prices.

This allows us to:

  • Offer fast, guaranteed payment
  • Take on price fluctuation risk
  • Handle large collections efficiently

There are no hidden fees. Everything is communicated upfront before you commit.

Whether you’re exiting the hobby or downsizing, we aim to make the experience smooth and respectful.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to decline collections that don’t meet our buying criteria
  • Cards must be authentic; counterfeit cards will not be returned
  • Severely damaged cards may be priced as bulk or excluded
  • Market prices can change - offers are valid for a limited time
