Cache Coins Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

• Membership is complimentary.
• Information provided must be accurate.
• We may refuse or cancel membership at our discretion if misuse is suspected.

2. Earning Points

• Members earn 1 point for every R1 spent.
• Cache Coins are awarded on completed purchases only.
• Cache Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

3. Redeeming Points

• 100 points = R1 reward value.
• Cache Coins may only be used toward purchases.
• Cache Coins cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Cache Coins earned on returned items will be reversed.
• Cache Coins used on refunded purchases will be credited back to the member’s account

5. Expiry & Changes

• Cache Coins may expire after a period of inactivity (if applicable).
• We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the programme and its benefits at any time.
